• Project materials: to build your website, you send us business information such as your logo, job photos, license number, services, and service area. This content is used solely to create and maintain your website and marketing.

Payment information

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay through one of our payment links, your card details are entered directly with Stripe — we never see, collect, or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us only what we need to fulfill your order, such as your name, email, and payment status. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log basic technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring page. We use this information in aggregate to keep the site secure and understand how it's used, not to identify you personally.

• Form delivery services — our contact forms are delivered to our inbox by a form-processing service, which transmits the information you submit
• Google — services such as Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, and Google Ads, when performing SEO or advertising work on your behalf
• Email providers — to send and receive project communications

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Our website is a lightweight, fast-loading site and does not use advertising or tracking cookies of our own. Third-party services embedded in the site (such as Stripe's payment pages or fonts served by Google) may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies. 6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep client project information for as long as you're a client and as long as reasonably needed afterward for business records, tax, and legal purposes. Inquiry information from people who never become clients is kept only as long as useful for follow-up. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using reputable providers (Stripe, Netlify, Google) with industry-standard security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we never store payment card data, which removes the most sensitive risk entirely.

8. Your Choices & Rights

• Access & correction: you can ask us what information we hold about you and request corrections.
• Deletion: you can request that we delete your personal information, and we will do so unless we're required to keep it for legal or accounting purposes.
• Opt-out: you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying or contacting us.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
